About Jeremiah
My name is Jeremiah Simunek. I was born and raised in Hot Springs, South Dakota, but happy for my wife and I to call Rapid City home for the last couple years.
I have many years’ experience working in the family construction business developing land that has given me an expansive background in many aspects of real-estate from residential and commercial construction, land development, rental properties, as well as sales.
I also spent many years working in hospitality as the General Manager of multiple hotels as well as owning and operating a restaurant and brewery.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, traveling, and riding motorcycle throughout the beautiful Black Hills with my wife.
